• If the project is underway, refunds may not be applicable unless specified in the contract.

• We will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Customized services and any completed work are non-refundable once the project has started.
